Independence Blue Cross Provider Network

Independence Blue Cross has one of the most expansive provider networks in the Pennsylvania area with more than 55,000 doctors and 100 hospitals, including some of the area’s premier teaching hospitals. Plus, all of our plans cover urgent and emergency care across the country and around the world.

Personal Choice® Provider Network

If you select one of our Personal Choice PPO plans, you get in-network coverage coast-to-coast when you use one of the 764,000 doctors or 5,700 hospitals in the BlueCard® PPO network.

You can choose to use a doctor or hospital that is not in the Personal Choice Network; however, you’ll have significantly greater out-of-pocket costs for these services and will have to submit a claim for reimbursement.

Keystone Health Plan East® Provider Network

If you select one of our Keystone Health Plan East HMO plans, you can choose from over 30,000 doctors and nearly 200 hospitals in our network of participating physicians and hospitals in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, making it cost effective and easy for you to use.

By choosing a plan within the Keystone Health Plan East HMO provider network, you'll have low out-of-pocket expenses, no deductibles and no claim forms.
