Guaranteed Enrollment Plans
With a guaranteed enrollment plan, you get coverage as long as you meet eligibility requirements, such as residency and annual income, and pay your monthly bill. Your health history is not reviewed prior to accepting your application.
Personal Choice® PPO Basic, Value HSA, and HospitalCare plans
With Personal Choice, our popular Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), you can receive care from any provider without a referral in-network or out-of-network.
Low-Income Health Plans
Free or low-cost insurance for uninsured children and low-cost coverage for uninsured adults is made available by the Independence Blue Cross and Highmark Blue Shield Caring Foundation. Medicaid recipients may be eligible for Keystone Mercy Health Plan coverage.
Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
Free or low-cost Keystone Health Plan East HMO coverage for uninsured children and adolescents through 18 years of age.
Special CareSM
Traditional, fee-for-service health coverage for adults and children.
Keystone Mercy
Medical Assistance (Medicaid) managed care health plan.
Medicare Plans
If you’re a Medicare beneficiary interested in comprehensive medical and drug coverage, our Medicare Advantage and Medicare supplement plans can help you cover many of the expenses that Medicare does not.
Keystone 65 HMO
Keystone 65 HMO is a Medicare Advantage HMO plan designed for members who are looking for everything from lower monthly premiums to higher copays or higher monthly premiums to lower copays and everything in between.
Personal Choice 65SM PPO
Personal Choice 65 PPO is a Medicare Advantage PPO plan that gives you the freedom to go to any doctor or hospital in the U.S. without a referral. And, unlike our HMO plan, you won’t need to select a primary care physician for your care.
MedigapSecurity
MedigapSecurity is our series of Medicare Supplement plans (Medigap). With a MedigapSecurity plan, members can visit any doctor that accepts Original Medicare. Our MedigapSecurity plans combine the benefits of Original Medicare and features of a traditional, fee-for-service health plan.
You can also purchase an individual Medicare prescription drug plan that can go hand in hand with any MedigapSecurity plan.
